Day Delegate Package: 

For delegates attending from 08.00 to 18.00 a Day Delegate rate will apply, this rate provides the following services:

  • Lecture Room Hire and one dedicated Syndicate Area
  • Lecture Room Equipment - LCD Projectors and screens, Wolfvision Visualiser, PC with Smartboard, DVD-VHS Player, Flipcharts, White boards, Stationery Box, Water cooler
  • Refreshments - Unlimited service of Tea, Coffee, Fruit Juices, Snacks and Fruit served from a central refreshment counter close to your lecture room for the duration of your booking
  • Lunch - Central Lunch Buffet, including Hot and Cold main dishes & sides, Salads, Freshly prepared deli sandwiches, cheese selection and desserts 
  • WiFi – Complimentary - no login required.
  • Car parking - Complimentary barrier controlled car park adjacent to Conference Centre.
  • Support Services – Dedicated Event Planner, Assisted Registration with name badges provided if required, Manned Reception desk, On site AV/ IT services to assist at the start of the day and our Guest Care Crew team will support you and maintain the lecture room during the day.

24 Hour Delegate package:

If your delegates will require an evening meal and Bed & Breakfast a 24 Hour Package is available. This includes all the benefits of the Day Delegate package and the following:

  • Evening Meal – Three course evening self-service restaurant menu with a selection of Hot and cold starters, Main courses and desserts, dietary requirements catered for
  • Accommodation - En -suite bedroom with a Full English or Continental Breakfast in our restaurant
  • Leisure Facilities – Complimentary access to the Exercise Room, Sauna and Swimming Pool
